Walk on Wednesday, discovering an idyllic place close to home.

Good morning hivers how are you? Here I am for the Wednesday walk challenge, today I discovered to my great happiness a beautiful place just a few steps from home. This week I went on various trips and today I didn't feel like staying indoors, furthermore with the weather being so hot I really wanted to go to the river, my town is crossed by a river but there are no passages to get there, thanks however to a local inhabitant discovered that all I had to do was take a walk towards the border of the neighboring town and there I would find various paths towards the river, I will have to explore them all. So I prepared a cooler with water, sandwiches and drinks and I walked calmly under the scorching sun, I immediately found the path that winds through a beautiful forest and then opens up above a hill that is not too high, but perfect for my needs, even better for me as I don't know how to swim!

Buenos días hivers ¿cómo estás? Aquí estoy para el reto de caminata del miércoles, hoy descubrí para mi gran felicidad un hermoso lugar a solo unos pasos de casa. Esta semana hice varios viajes y hoy no me apetecía quedarme en casa, además como hace tanto calor tenía muchas ganas de ir al río, mi pueblo está atravesado por un río pero no hay pasajes para llegar, sin embargo gracias a un habitante local descubrí que lo único que tenía que hacer era caminar hacia el límite del pueblo vecino y allí encontraría varios caminos hacia el río, tendré que explorarlos todos. Entonces preparé una hielera con agua, sándwiches y bebidas y caminé tranquilamente bajo el sol abrasador, inmediatamente encontré el camino que serpentea entre un hermoso bosque y luego se abre sobre un cerro no muy alto, pero perfecto para mis necesidades. ¡Aún mejor para mí porque no sé nadar!

I immediately identified various small islands of rocks where I could sit, some quite far from the shore and large enough to place the bags on, so armed with patience I went to sit on a small island, it wasn't easy because I was wearing flip-flops and the bottom of the the river was quite slippery, however first I got my feet wet and I finally breathed a sigh of relief from the excessive heat, the river was fine, then I went into the pool and lay down in the water mermaid style, the water it was quite cold as is normal for river water but it felt great! Then, as a snack, I made myself a simple salami sandwich while I admired the beauty of the surrounding nature. Having this river nearby is very beautiful and I'm happy to have found such a place not far from home, I think I'll be back often!

Inmediatamente identifiqué varias pequeñas islas de rocas donde podía sentarme, algunas bastante alejadas de la orilla y lo suficientemente grandes como para colocar las bolsas, así que armado de paciencia fui a sentarme en una pequeña isla, no fue fácil porque llevaba puesto chancletas y el fondo del río estaba bastante resbaladizo, sin embargo primero me mojé los pies y finalmente suspiré aliviado del calor excesivo, el río estaba bien, luego me metí en la piscina y me acosté en el Estilo sirena de agua, el agua estaba bastante fría como es normal en el agua de río, ¡pero se sentía genial! Luego, como merienda, me preparé un sencillo sándwich de salami mientras admiraba la belleza de la naturaleza circundante. Tener este río cerca es muy hermoso y estoy feliz de haber encontrado un lugar así no lejos de casa, ¡creo que volveré a menudo!
