Hello everyone.
Today was quite interesting day and lovely #WednesdayWalk . While passing near our field we decided to stop and check how it looks.
This field is near small grove and small water stream.
More than 10 years local farmers are using this field so we did not visit it in quite time. Last time couple years back me and my brother checked it out.
It is always interesting to come here since as a kid we were coming here and working on field. Same goes for my father as he was coming here as kid as well.
It is interesting to come and see what is changed and what stayed the same.
Some parts are quite steep so we had to watch for our steps. It did not help that it was raining recently.
Interesting part is that this field is somehow hidden and you have hill and grove from three sides and one side looks at the small water stream.
This small stream in past years has less water and during summer there is no water some time.
We did not expect to see it flow like this. Most probably recent rain and weather change are responsible for water.
As a kid I played around this stream. I remember stories of older generations regarding this water stream.
Now it looks very small but it was bigger when I was kid. Time passed indeed.
You can see small grove of trees and hill in the back. I did also spend time around small forest. Today while walking down the field it was almost as same as before.
We walked from the hill, near the trees and went down to the water stream.
While we were at the upper part of the field - top left side of the photos all of a sudden there were some sound coming from the bushes. It did surprise me a bit. Later on we saw a young dear on the field running from the hill. Dear jumped over water stream and run away.
Bales of hay.
There are many flowers around.
Some dandelions and chicory flowers.
Time to go. Look at the water stream and trees along the stream.
We did not plan this walk through the field but it was nice surprise. This field hold many memories from many generations.
Always nice to visit here.
