actually, only main central part of it is so clean. If we go deeper and further, we can find garbage easily. Not all people are responsible about clean area around them. It's a great pity and shame for them.
What about your people? Can they throw garbage in the streets? I've heard Japanese people never do it, just never! They would rather take garbage home and throw it there, not in the street
