This post is continuation of my idea about Truelife tag that opens us our everyday life without decorations, just what we see every day around.
Winter has come, but still no winter here in the Crimea, it's about +10, and it's great because we've a windy piece of area, and when it's cold, it's MUCH colder than in windless places. We're southern people, and personally I don't like cold, so now it's my lovely winter:]
Now it's Kerch streets and pieces of Wednesday's city life.
a living house that is called "stalinka" because it was built at Stalin times. Extremely gorgeous and well-done houses. Very expensive now though they are more than 50 years old now.
A piece of its beauty.. Do you wanna have such a royal balcony with columns?
another side of this house, the inner yard with the Soviet Army star
a monument to the Ukrainian writer Taras Shevchenko
the flag of Kerch
the river that crosses my city
Not big, not wide, but it is full of fish
Like such a contrast of the finished life and a new one
street art
and this piece of art was my main surprise of that walk because this picture was just decoration of that very Stalin house yard
Just a picture, in the street
I was sticked to it for some minutes because it's very nice, so pieceful, so full of harmony, so warm, so touching....
Hi @taliakerch what a pleasure it is to take a walk through your city through the beautiful images you post. I love to know other cities from these images that show us the true face of the cities. And, as I have seen in other posts of yours, I really enjoyed the walk.
You show diverse places and facets full of beauty and culture. The royal balcony, the Kerch street, the dried daughter on top of the green foliage and especially that painting on the street are beautiful images, I loved them. I was struck by the red K painted on the trees in the first picture, does it have any particular meaning?
Congratulations Talia, I love your publication!
thank you for your detailed comment:>
btw, what's your name?:] it seems to me it's time to get acquainted more:]]
the painting in the street was my love too that day
actually, I don't know exactly what that K means and who wrote them
sometimes trees are marked when they are being tested for safety [whether they can fall in windy weather or not, or whether the tree is alive or dead and it should be removed], but they have another sign, so this K is a mystery for me too;>
😂 you are right it is time to know our names. My name is Teresa, hence the last letter of my nickname, and Palomo is my last name. I guess yours is Talia from Kerch, is it? If not, please correct me.
I totally understand you about the painting. It is very well defined and the colors are sublime. I greatly admire the painters who manage to capture on canvas such beautiful images that manage to move many.
Hi, Teresa, sorry for the late reply, I just missed your comment:[
yeah, I'm Talia, but actually I'm Natalia:] from Kerch, Russia you're right, now we're closer:]
Greetings dear Talia!Don't worry @taliakerch! These are things that sometimes happen. Thanks for the friendship and for your posts showing us the beauty of your city and nearby villages. I am captivated by them.
These images are gorgeous @thaliakerch, no doubt the beautiful architectural details and greenery bring beauty, warmth and friendliness to the city. It is a very nice city this you show us, and apparently its citizens are civic-minded and take care of their streets. Thanks for sharing these nice views with all of us. Greetings.
thank you so much for coming to me:>
