This Wednesday morning walk was full of pleasure and meditation for me.
Somebody chooses meditation sitting at home on the carpet or lying in the bed, but for me it's better to walk and stare around.
When I have a cam with me, and my eyes start to seek for something special, the meditative process and turning off from the daily routine happens automatically!
I adore looking at nature filled with drops. As a rule it's rain drops but today I was lucky to see early morning dew.
It was fantastic!
Everything around was covered with tiny crystal drops, and they were sparkling under the rising sun.... They looked like diamonds!

I to find walking is where i can relax and indeed mediate the best
