Yeah I dont see why people would take young kids there myself but each to their own I guess
the conferences were amazing, my focus for them at the time was more on IT security which was my role at the time

That is really cool. I can't even begin to imagine the scale. I have been to conferences in my home state, but something national like that would be nuts!
OHh yes that one was huge, I think I went to it four years in a row, and each year it was based out of a different hotel so got to experience a different one each time and they booked out pretty much all the conference areas inthe hotels with so many different vendor areas and themes for different sessions of presentations and forums
That's so cool. I hope I get the chance to visit something like that one day. I think the vendor area is one of my favorite parts. All the SWAG!
OHh yeah I always ended up with a bag full of swag at those ones or the huge ones in NYC where they took over a whole convention center, there was 3 I would go to most years an IT one, a photo expo and a car show
