LUckily back when I travelled i seeme dot have a cast iron constitution I could eat any street fod with no problems, it was only when I moved to NYC and started trying to eat healthy did i initially have stomach issues LOL

Maybe our guts work that way, they cope with the environment and cannot adjust quickly to new things.
