Hi @tattoodjay, you're right, the waves were mighty powerful that week. The spray at times had what appeared like a rainbow in them.

I do thionk like you walking is great medicine
even in hospital when they cleared me to get up and walking they gave me th enickname miles because I walked so much LOL
