After a week inside , finally a breath of fresh air for the invalid

Hello Hello everyone on Hive and anyone else who may be reading too!

I don't know if it is a Northern British thing, but I remember my mother and grandmother always opening windows in houses to get fresh air.

Now get your arse outside and get some fresh air people would say.

Getting some fresh air would cure your hangover, fluff me it could even cure your broken leg!

Okay I am stretching it a wee bit, but the benefits of getting out and getting fresh air have been known for decades!

We don't need some wee spotty faced youth telling us to touch grass for our mental health...

Well no fluffing shit Sherlock!

So without further ado let's get out there and get some fresh air!

Leaves

Of course now we are full on into falling into Autumn and as a result all the trees, well obviously not all, are shedding their clothes aka leaves, and leaving them blowing round the roads and pavements.

How lovely you say...

Well yes it is lovely provided you don't step in a pile of dog shite hidden under leaves that an arse of an owner did not pick up!

First stop was the doctor's to pick up a pescription for some meds for me...

Mrs T insisted getting the For Sale details of this house as she likes it!

Back we went, and yes the leaves are turning colour, do you know I never noticed the colours as a kid, but now yeah I love it.

I sometimes think it is race for which tree wants to strip off first and be totally naked!

We have some of this funky pavement cobbling which is a great place to look down at ....

because ....

... yes I found a 10 pence piece.....

Now we have done finished with the doctor and en route to the bus station but nature doing her best to make us look up at the sky!!

Pretty what do you think!

So here we were at the bus station...

When I saw how they make time stand still in Kirkcaldy...

See the copper top with the clock?

Can you tell the time...?

No fluffing hands!

They have been sent down south to be refurbished or repaired.

Stance 7 is where out bus will depart from...

But look what it is waiting on Stance 8...

A seagull...

Bloody big buggers they are, as they are protected....

This wee shit thinks he's the dogs bollocks, strutting about the place...
He is a baby still, you can tell by his plumage or light brown feathers!

We got on the bust and before I knew it, we saw a rainbow!

I found a 10p, and a rainbow, so our luck was in!

Which was just as well, as I had a very nervous Mrs T who had been told that she needed to go visit that white trailer in the distance!

She had heard horror stories mostly from older women I think...

Yes she had been summoned to have her first mamagram so rightly was shitting it.

But five minutes later she was all smiles and saying, that was brilliant. the woman was nice, the machine was space age and you hardly felt it.

Fingers crossed no nasty surprises in the results...

I meantime had got myself to Boots to get my description and like a schoolboy was having a laugh at this....

STRESS AUBERGINE 🍆 SIZE MATTERS

Yes you might say eggplant but to us they are Aubergines....

So ladies if you are stressed, don't forget to give the 🍆 next to you a playful squeeze....

Don't forget the 💩 STRESSBALL

Time to change shops now that I had a relieved Mrs T back....

You know Burberry stuff?

Introducing FURRBERRY squeaky toys lol

Of course, a shop without wool or yarn would not be a shop with Mrs T.... Cinderfella learnt many years ago just to show interest....

So yes I did touch it and yes it was VELVET TOUCH

They even had halloween stuff @asiamalay and I did think ...

... your weeman @lhes will look cute in this in a few years ... Maybe I send to my godson 😜

Then I was talking to the Universe and remembered that this was the store that last year ....

... I got a Terry's Chocolate MINT for Super Eli @coquicoin so yes I had to get us some more!

Now I was on cash spending spree and yeah shortbread, and we are suckers for tins and jars .... So in the trolley it went....

And then shortbread of course one of the pides of Scotland....

The size of these beeg boxes, there was only person I could think of @deraaa so yes...

In the trolley it went!

In the trolley it went and off we went back to the bus and stopped at The Stance cafe in the Bus Station....

Can you name all the ingredients?

As I had been behaving like a Big Boy I ordered the Big Boy all day breakfast, and the best all day fry up I have found in years!

Then it was time to walk home again, look at the sky, just beautiful and blue!

But wait .... was the pavement / sidewalk bleeding?

Oh No, the rowan berries were falling and being squished!

Mrs T shivered and went no more squishing of my boobs for today!

And with that, we were home a few minutes later.

A wonderful first day out of the house in over a week!

This is also a post to participate in the #wednesdaywalk initiative from the wonderful @tattoodjay

Congrats on the America's Cup!

thanks, was greta for Brittania to make it to the finals again, I was expecting the finals to go longer, the Kiwi team surprised me with how good they did

Yeah I only got it into once it was 4-0! So yeah was always going to be tough. One thing I found amazing is that the UK has never won it!

yeah I was surprised by that when I was looking up the history, if I remember rightly it all started with the Hundred Guinea Cup on in the 1850s, by the Royal Yacht Squadron of Great Britain for a race around the Isle of Wight., and then when the Americas won it they changed the name to the Americas cup

I knew there was a connection to a race around the Isle of Wight, but not when it became the Americas cup, thanks for that.

👍🙂👍

How lovely you say... beautifully littering the place. Ahh!! I never even considered dog poops could be playing hide n seek here. It's been a while friend, I have been grinding but not that kind of grinding, Lols.
Have a wonderful Thursday.

Haha beware the hidden poo 💩🤣
Grinding Dani!

Ah Thursday is fluffing awesome, Rangers currently winning 2-0 in Europe!

Actually, I am saw four the last time I checked. Go go Rangers.
Mr Tengo is turning me to a Rangers supporter. Lols

Therapeutic Right???

The pictures are cool and I could tell it was a very pleasant walk

hehe oh yes it was very therapetic and a very pleansant walk, thank you!

Can getting fresh air actually cure broken legs.😂

Hehe if you listened to the older folk you might have thought so 🤣.Gladd you like it

What a wonderful place to breath in and breath out everything on your mind. A place that could truly embrace the nature that God give us. Sometimes it's to better that we will find a place that could truly heal us. Everyone of us needs to rest in order for us to fight against the challenges and problems we encounter in our daily life.

Aye we all need to find what brings us solace!

Can't help but smile😁😁. That Halloween costume😁. Maybe he would be scared of it😌. And @lhes have limited time for social media today coz of power interruption😛

Yes when I read your Halloween post I was hmm well we have lots of things I can show Asia here!

It's like you experienced the whole world in a single day!

Awesome!

After a week inside, it did feel like it!

For your first outing in days I see it was extensive and fun for you and me. Reading what you write is always very enjoyable. Nice photos, a good reminder of the autumn that will soon give way to winter.
I hope you will soon be fully recovered. Warm regards to Mrs.T and to you 🥰🤗.

Thank you so much mamani. I hope you have power and water with you now!

Yes I already have both, electricity with small outages but it got better. Thank you. Have a nice Thursday.🤗😁

Enjoying the post after realising you hadn't been sent down for a week. I think you're going to get into a bidding war with the lady pushing the pram!
then it all went wrong as jealousy and FOMO kicked in seeing the Chocolate Oranges, and then made worse by the breakfast shot.....
I'll get back to my bloody rice then, shall I?

Get well soon :-)

Ah your bloody rice. How are your ears, are they ringing. Ah the good old fry up. Being a northerner I am guessing you are a partial to some black pudding!
You have the sun though, so always look on the bright side.

It's funny you should mention black pudding. I just treated myself to some. One of the supermarkets here imports UK food. £9 for about 250g, sadly for me, the wife found out how much it cost.......oh, and its rained almost non-stop for 3 days now lol

I really love this, some of this scenery feels like home. I inhale then exhale and smile. 😊

Hahha in few more years that would look good on him!

Actually, there is a parade here and contest related to incoming holiday..yet instead , theme was Saints.

Was supposed to join my baby, as someone asked me, yet remembering there would be a parade?

Na, change my mind 😂😆

It's good to know that you are feeling better and finally a breath of fresh air. It was a beautiful walk.
Take care!
