A pickup truck and three passenger cars

When it comes to motor vehicles, pickup trucks is a category of vehicles that rarely comes to mind.A post published on the #wednesdaywalk community run by @tattoodjay

I think this is an old Toyota Hi-Lux model parked on the street.

Signs of tear and wear are clearly visible in the photo.

This specific model has really stood the test of time.

It must have an intergalactic mileage, as petrolheads say about cars that have covered an unbelievably high number of miles or kilometers throughout their lives.

I am surprised by the fact that it still runs.

Back in the 90s, the Citroen Saxo was a very popular model both with small families and young people, in general.

An affordable car to buy and run, it was a good runner in the city and on the motorway.

If taken good care of, these cars can keep going literally forever.

The Daihatsu Charade is another popular old car model.

It was designed with those characteristic angles that are no longer seen in modern cars, since the latter tend to be more rounded nowadays, literally with no angles at all.

A nice little compact, solid car that was good value for money back in the day.

This is the C4, one of Citroen’s most recent models.

Being a class ahead of C3, I think this is Citroen’s attempt to offer a model that covers more needs of car owners and drivers than C3 does.

Its excellent smooth lines and unique design make it a good car to own and drive, before stepping up the ladder and owning a C5 or a new DS4.
