Yeah, seems like March didn't get the message, especially here in New Hampshire, eh? And part of Durham lost power for a couple hours (not us, luckily) because of that wicked wind. At least there wasn't an April Fool blizzard this year though, like we've gotten in the past!
I've seen bunches of people fishing at the Lamprey River & it seems to be a good spot. Not sure when the Mill Pond Dam is coming down, but I've heard people speculating that it will make for much better fishing there as well.
And what a cool thing to do! I used to be much more afraid of bees, after getting stung when I was a kid, but I've learned to love them in recent years. I enjoy stalking them through the yard & getting closeups when they're focused on the flower at hand and I'm more worried about hurting them accidentally (getting my camera too close) than getting hurt by them.
