Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.
That's the first paragraph in this community description. A suggestion worth trying, even though I leave the house every day for various activities with other needs, but this time, I made an effort to heed the Wednesday Walk Community's advice by taking several photos of objects that can be reached on foot a few minutes from my house.
I walked to the Residents' fish pond area at sunset. There, I chose the subject of the High-voltage electric poles that passed the fish pond, and the view of the sky after sunset is very enchanting. I got some long exposure shots there.
Not satisfied with the first day of shooting on Wednesday 30 September 2023, I returned after sunset the next day. The atmosphere was about to rain, the cumulonimbus clouds had clumped, thunder roars with flashes of lightning and I focused on recording videos, luckily it didn't rain.
Walks are on Wednesday and share on Sunday. This is my first post in this community, "Wednesday Walk", moderated by @tattoodjay.
And below is the lightning video that I have converted into a GIF.
Thank You

sometimes power lines and poles can be annoying, but making them the subject with the gorgeous colors of a sunset makes for fantastic images
Thanks for joining the Wednesday walk :)
