Baby Kailan Saute Recipe, Practical for Lunch Menu

Kailan is a vegetable that is often used in Chinese food menus, usually cooked into stir fry.

Kailan has a slightly bitter taste but will be delicious when mixed with garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper and a little sugar.

How to make it easy and practical for a family lunch dish, enjoy it with warm rice.

Material:
300 grams baby kailan
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cm ginger, sliced, bruised
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make stir fry baby kailan:

  1. Wash baby kailan, drain.

  2. Boil 500 milliliters of water, cook baby kailan until cooked, remove from heat.

  3. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and ginger, add sesame oil, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and pepper, mix well.

Enter the baby kailan, stir well, cook briefly. Lift.

  1. Serve warm.
