Hello everyone, I am @annabel2 and I am here to post to this great group how I prepare my beans and rice. I trust and believe that you will enjoy every step I take.
Ingredients
Firewood.
Pot .
Water.
Raw beans ( 3 and half cups).
Raw rice ( 9 cups).
Basket for washing rice.
Plastic rubber.
Procedures
Step 1: I selected the beans ( Iron beans 3 and half cups). I make sure I remove dirt and bad beans from the good ones.
Step 2: I use my firewood to make my fire.
Step 3: I put my pot on the fire containing water.
Step 4: I added my beans on the fire.
Step 5: I allow the beans boil for 1 hour because it is iron beans and it always take a long time before it will done.
Step 6: I added my raw rice inside the pot containing my boiled beans.
Step 7: Then I added water and stir so that it will mix very well.
Step 8: The water dry up from the rice and beans .
Step 9: I brought the food down from the fire containing my boiled rice and beans.
Step 10: I use my rubber basket to pack the rice and beans from the pot.
Step 11: I pack the rice and put inside my plastic rubber.
Step 12: I added water inside the rubber that is containing my boiled rice and beans.
Step 13: I use my basket to watch the rice so that it will not have stones.
Step 14: After watching I put the rice inside my pot .
Step 15: I added little water inside the rice and put it on the fire.
Step 16: I allowed to food to boil for 20 minutes so as to enable water dry from the food.
Step 17: I bring the pot down from the fire.
Step 18 : my food is ready come and eat.
