Does HSBI pay out on comments aswell or only posts ? I haven't posted a while and I don't really want to create "worse" content than I did previously.
But right now I just don't have enough time beside my real life to dedicate to posting again.

It's much more difficult to manage an automatic upvote on comments that has any kind of checks in place for quality. We tried voting comments a few years back and it didn't work out. Now we only upvote posts.
