Hi #hive @onchainart , Doing something new this week, Going a bit realistic with this artwork, Done using Arnold render with HDRI's skydome for better physical output, Since Arnold engine is powerful mixing skydome HDRI's with AI shaders.
Downloaded the scan model from ( 3dscanstore.com ) and after spending time preparing my shader's and experimenting on the lookdev part, I prepared few render styles
Render
Raw Color render, Lighting coming from the HDRI sun, Creating outdoor mood, With some photoshop enhancement's.
B&W , Keeping a classic black and white look to get a balanced contrast between highlights and shadows.
Cyberpunk style, I was having some fun with this one, After checking out the game and see the mood board i wanted to make something funky with the lights, And mixing Yellow and pink and blue always goes well, For this one i used a yellow skydome, And 2 area lights from both sides.
Scene and Breakdown
This is the raw model, With bump maps to show the skin details, Kept it in gray scale to show how much details the model has.
Wireframing, Jacket model was a bit dense since it was been exported from Zbrush, To keep high quality look and more realistic
Setting up my skin shader, Using ( Color / Spec / Gloss / Normal / SSS ) maps
Viewport before rendering
