Art Journal: ''Deer in the Early Morning Light" β˜•πŸ–ŒοΈ

in OnChainArt β€’ 16 hours ago

Hello, art enthusiasts! I hope you are all well! Let me share my latest coffee artwork I painted today. Please take a look and share your thoughts!

The early morning light casts a stunning landscape in soft, diffused hues. Mist lingers in the valleys, embracing the grass and trees. In this tranquil setting, a deer confidently steps out from the shadows, its coat glowing brilliantly in the gentle light.

Its movements are purposeful and composed, exemplifying tranquility. It lowers its head to graze, its breath forming delicate puffs in the crisp air. The only sounds are the subtle rustle of leaves and the distant call of a bird.

This scene captures pure serenity, offering a glimpse into the quiet beauty of the natural world. The deer, a symbol of grace and elegance, embodies the peaceful stillness of early morning. It serves as a powerful reminder to slow down, appreciate the simple beauty of nature, and seek peace in the quiet moments of our day.

I used three types of painting brushes for this piece and it took me an hour to finish it. For those who are interested in trying this unique medium, you can follow the basic methods below.

Materials Needed:
πŸ‘‰ Watercolor Paper or sketching Paper
πŸ‘‰ Pencil and Eraser
πŸ‘‰ Coffee Powder

Basic Procedure:
β€’ Outline or sketch your painting reference.
β€’ Paint using a lighter shade of the background by creating a beautiful texture.
β€’ On the middle ground, paint the first layer of the subject.
β€’ The same procedure with the foreground.
β€’ Once the first layer is completely dry, you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
β€’ Then add details to come alive of your painting. I used a liner brush for the thin details.

Take note: In putting details, you cannot have sharp lines and shapes unless it is completely dry.
