This is my latest drawing done with a 0.1 mm rotring isograph. A lovely bumblebee sitting on a lavender flower. It took me 17 hours to finish this and I enjoyed it very much. Lavender is one of my favourite flowers and I adore nature & insects.
It all started with a sketch. I must tell you that I love my 0.1 mm isograph and yet I feel I want tinier dots. My eyes love the details.

The process of making stippling art is tedious and demands a lot of patience and determination. Focus is the key. After the dots pile up you start to get a sense of how your art is coming alive.

This is a cool drawing - I admire your patience doing it pointillism style with a Micron pen. I used those pens too at times, particularly on cooperative projects where I work with other artists (that are similarly obsessed with detail).
