¡Hola cómo están hermosa comunidad de Hive!, aquí Elba, el día de hoy les traigo éste dibujo de un gatito con alas. Les explicaré un poco de cómo lo hice y algunas cosas curiosas que me dieron la inspiración para hacerlo. La verdad como será mi primera exposición será muy cortita así que aquí vamos.
Hello how are you beautiful Hive community, Elba here, today I bring you this drawing of a kitten with wings. I'll explain a little bit about how I did it and some curious things that gave me the inspiration to do it. As it will be my first exhibition it will be very short so here we go.
La verdad una de las primeras cosas que tenía en mente al hacer el boceto es que es que quería que el gatito tuviera una mirada inexpresiva, esto con el fin de que cada quien pudiera plasmar sus propios sentimientos en ella.
The truth is that one of the first things I had in mind when I made the sketch is that I wanted the kitten to have an expressionless look, so that everyone could capture their own feelings in it.
Para éste punto también estaba tratando de poner un poco en práctica todo lo que he aprendido sobre anatomía y un poco sobre la dinámica en el espacio, aunque todavía estoy trabajando en eso, me cuesta un poco visualizar un objeto en el espacio y trato de mejorar eso.
For this point I was also trying to put into practice a little bit of everything I have learned about anatomy and a little bit about dynamics in space, although I am still working on that, I find it a little bit difficult to visualize an object in space and I am trying to improve that.
Y hablando de eso, éste dibujo me recordó mucho la época en que sólo dibujaba animales, más que nada gatitos en entornos de fantasía cómo éste. Y eso era debido a que era pésima para dibujar anatomía humana, y es que no me gusta mucho la anatomía humana, me atrae más la anatomía de los animales. Aun así, éste año me propuse practicar en la anatomía humana ayudándome de algunos animes, así que bueno.
And speaking of that, this drawing reminded me a lot of the time when I only drew animals, mostly kittens in fantasy environments like this one. And that was because I was terrible at drawing human anatomy, and I don't really like human anatomy, I'm more attracted to animal anatomy. Even so, this year I decided to practice in human anatomy with the help of some anime, so well.
Aquí ya he hecho el Lineart, la verdad es que ésta es de mis partes favoritas de hacer un dibujo, pero a la vez es la que más me estresa, ya que siempre trato de hacerlo bien y cualquier error pequeño puede echar a perder todo el trabajo que he venido haciendo.
Here I have already made the Lineart, the truth is that this is one of my favorite parts of making a drawing, but at the same time it is the one that stresses me the most, since I always try to do it well and any small mistake can spoil all the work I have been doing.
Si tuviera que dar un consejo si están aprendiendo a dibujar o quieren mejorar su lineart es que independientemente del marcador o herramienta que uses, trabajes volteando el papel o adecuándolo para que se sientan más cómodos.
If I had to give one piece of advice if they are learning to draw or want to improve their lineart, it is that regardless of the marker or tool you use, work by flipping the paper or adjusting it to make them feel more comfortable.
Aprovechando les cuento porqué me gustan los gatitos con alas, como ya saben me gustan mucho los gatos, y a la vez me gusta mucho la fantasía, así que desde muy pequeña dibujo gatos con alas en una especie de universo en donde los gatitos con alas viven en diferentes ecosistemas.
As you know I like cats very much, and at the same time I like fantasy, so since I was very little I have been drawing cats with wings in a kind of universe where the kittens with wings live in different ecosystems.
Éste es el dibujo más viejo que pude encontrar de esto, ya quisiera hacer una versión un poco más actualizada o quizá dedicarle un dibujo a un gatito de cada ecosistema de éste mundo, me pueden decir si quisieran verlo.
This is the oldest drawing I could find of this, I would like to make a more updated version or maybe dedicate a drawing to a kitten from each ecosystem of this world, you can tell me if you would like to see it.
Y ya aquí el resultado final, la verdad estuve un poco indecisa sobre qué colores usar para que se viera bien, pero aplicando un poco de la teoría del color, pude darle color a éste dibujo y sinceramente me ha gustado mucho el resultado. También intenté hacer algunas sombras con el marcador para delinear, pero creo que me falta práctica.
And here is the final result, the truth is that I was a little undecided about what colors to use to make it look good, but applying a little bit of color theory, I was able to give color to this drawing and honestly I really liked the result. I also tried to make some shadows with the marker to outline, but I think I lack practice.
Aun así, creo que no quedó tan mal, y la sensación de escenario de fantasía se logra, trataré de ir mejorando, pero espero que éste dibujo les haya gustado y si fue así espero su apoyo para poder traerles más contenido. Un abrazo enorme desde Venezuela y nos veremos pronto. Goodbye Friends.
