For a long time, I have not tried to create posts on the hive. This can be characterized as a kind of spiritual crisis. I don't understand the criteria for evaluating content. It's kind of weird, the things I created in passing got good rewards, and the posts I put a lot of time and effort into got low rewards.
As I understand it on social networks, talent or ability to do something does not matter. Extensive acquaintances and an active position on the site play a predominant role.
It is very difficult for me to make acquaintances and have an active position. So I just have to sit in my dusty niche.

I remember once I wanted to become a book graphic artist. Starting to draw this motif, I remembered about past desires and aspirations. What I am drawing, what is the plot - I do not know. These are scraps of memories, images I have seen in books.

If you are interested, here you can see my step-by-step drawing process.

At some point, I felt the urge to continue drawing. So another leaf appeared

HiveBuzz Ranking update - New key indicators

In a perfect place the good posts that author put a lot of effort would be rewarded the highest and other less. This stage here is hard to achieve though. Many people pop for a short while and miss a lot of them. Curation projects have their limits and rules they have to stick to. Some stick to the people they know and don't look for anyone new. Some have rich friends. Some like long posts with a lot of info, others short FB like. There is no simple criteria I guess. Someone will like it and vote it, other wont.
The only good advise I could give is find a way to enjoy posting and sharing your stuff. The more you compare yourself to others the more frustrating it will be.

It's nice to read such a detailed commentary! certain points are very accurately noted. Thanks for the advice! Of course, I get some pleasure, both from communication and from attention to my work.
However, I ask you to take into account that everything I write is not always serious, and very often all this is nothing more than the grumbling of a boring grumbler))))))

Hahha I will keep that in mind :)
But I do see a lot of people with the same thoughts. Just didn't want you to get discouraged :)
Now rant away! :D
