How do you guys handle insomnia?

I make very quick drawings, because I can't focus on anything concrete. I decided not to dwell on PEONY and draw another flower.

I always considered chrysanthemum a sad flower associated with autumn, but the more often I look at it, the more beautiful it seems to me recently.
