MY FIRST PENCIL SKETCH AS A BEGINNER

in OnChainArt3 years ago

Hi everyone and great art lovers, it’s a pleasure to be part of this community, I’m Mark Jackson from Nigeria (west Africa). I’m amazing my first post here in this art community and I should say this is my introductory post here. I developed great interest in art some far back time ago when I was a kid, my dad was extremely against me drawing objects and painting with postal colors. I was forced to stopped drawing and because he always wanted to see me read the text boos all the time, I guess he never believed I talent but what he actually believed was hard work in reading of texts books lol 😂

After which I gained admission into the university studying Building as a course, I still couldn’t make it easy to draw or sketch objects as I was supposed to but I always developed some drawings using the AutoCAD applications or revit architecture which are all computer aided.

This wasn’t to my satisfaction and then I had to start making sketch and watching videos online from YouTube to help developed myself on how to sketch and make good shades.

After about 4 days of practice I developed a sketch of a popular movie actor TONI STARK Though it wasn’t to reality but I love the improvement I’m seeing and I hope to get more helping hands from the members of this community..

Below are the photos of the sketch I made and the tools used for this drawing are mentioned below.

  1. GRAPHITE PENCIL.
  2. ERASER
  3. PLAIN SHEET PAPER (A4)
