So I came here through an invite and I wanted to make sure to get onboarded as quickly as possible to get acquainted as well.
I’m using Lochart as my pseudo name and also to represent the kind of artworks that I wanted to present to you folks. Since I’ve been fascinated by crypto-art, I wanted to take my sketching skills to a different level or dimension ~ to the blockchain space.
Sketching is my way to get through my spare time. The medium that I’m comfortable with is just a basic 2B “mechanical” pencil; I don’t fancy sharpening a Mongol pencil every time.
For my first sketch, I have drawn my own version of the Capricorn zodiac. It’s my sign and I guess my personally aligned with it.
Aside from the usual sketch, I’m also experimenting with an eclectic way of presenting it. Using photoshop, I have done some color overlay and filter effects to create a “pixelate” version of my sketch.
I’m a self-taught sketch artist and so my style may differ from the standard if there are. Be the judge by checking through my sketch progress.
