ArtJournal #19 | Keep going, despite the adversities [ESP-ENG]

The Art Journal is a visual diary or a creative journal in which we can experiment with different techniques to express feelings, emotions and creativity. We can use any kind of material, such as paper, paints and so on. I wanted to use mostly paper, so I make use of all the old magazines and newspapers I have at home.

El Art Journal es un diario visual o un diario creativo en el podemos experimentar con diferentes técnicas para expresar sentimientos, emociones y creatividad. Podemos usar cualquier tipo de material, como papel, pinturas y demás. Yo quise usar mas que todo papel, así le doy uso a todas las revistas y periódicos viejos que tengo en casa.

I read this phrase the other day on Facebook and I really liked it a lot, because what it says is so real. We should never let obstacles and adversities limit us to go ahead and achieve everything we want. The phrase says the following:

If you don't get ahead, you're disrespecting your talent, heart and potential.

Leí esta frase el otro día en Facebook y realmente me gusto mucho, ya que lo que dice la misma es tan real. Nunca debemos dejar que los obstáculos y adversidades nos limiten a seguir adelante y lograr todo aquello que queramos. La frase dice lo siguiente:

"Si no sales adelante, le estas faltando al respeto a tú talento, corazón y potencial"

Aesthetically, it was an art journal that I simply liked too much, as I included one side with colored cutouts and the other a painting of the space that I did quite some time ago and overall, it really looks great.

Estéticamente, a sido un art journal que simplemente me ha gustado demasiado, ya que he incluido un lado con recortes de colores y el otro una pintura del espacio que hice hace ya bastante tiempo y en general, realmente se ve muy bien.

I should mention something else and that is the fact that I made the phrase in two parts, one on the right side and the other on the left side. The one on the right side I wrote in pencil and the one on the left side I did with cutouts and it is my favorite side of the work, to tell the truth.

Debo mencionar algo más y es el hecho de que la frase la hice en dos partes, una en el lado derecho y la otra en el lado izquierdo. La del lado derecho la escribí a lápiz y la del lado izquierdo la hice con recortes y es mi lado favorito del trabajo, a decir la verdad.
