I had long been thinking about making a small series of drawings, where I am going to be making animals and using ink as the main material for each drawing, combining it with a little color. This is how I finally start with this new series of drawings.

For this first drawing, I wanted to make a Lantern Fish, it is one of my favorite fish. I can be sure of something and that is what draws my attention the most about this animal is its appearance, very gloomy and dark. As I am a big fan of everything related to terror and dark things, because I had to start the series by making a very dark and scary drawing and animal.
At first I had thought about leaving the drawing only in ink, but after thinking it over, I decided to add a little color, just a little so as not to saturate the ink too much, since it is the main material of each drawing.
I'm not going to say anything else, since the process is always the same, sketch, color and details.

Había estado pensando hace mucho en hacer una pequeña serie de dibujos, donde voy a estar realizando animales y usando la tinta como material principal para cada dibujo, combinándola con un poco de color. Es así que por fin comienzo con esta nueva serie de dibujos.

Para este primer dibujo, quise hacer un Pez Linterna, es uno de mis peces favoritos. Puedo estar seguro de algo y es que lo llama más mi atención de este animal es su aspecto, muy tétrico y oscuro. Como soy un gran fanático de todo lo referente al terror y cosas oscuras, pues debía comenzar la serie haciendo un dibujo y animal muy oscuro y que diera miedo.
Al principio había pensado en dejar el dibujo solo a tinta, pero luego de pensarlo mejor, decidí agrégale un poco de color, solo un poco para no saturar mucho la tinta, ya que es el material principal de cada dibujo.
No voy a decir nada más, ya que el proceso es siempre el mismo, boceto, color y detalles.
