Art needs still some time. Kindergarden is closed and I´m caring for my two children from the second we wake up until we all fall asleep. It´s intense and exhausting but also beautiful. There are very rare moments creating new pictures and I want to continue showing them. Let´s see how long that works.
Die Kunst braucht nach wie vor noch etwas Zeit. Der Kindergarten ist geschlossen und ich kümmere mich vom Moment des Aufwachens bis zum Einschlafen um meine beiden Kinder. Es ist intensiv und anstrengend, aber auch wunderschön. Es gibt sehr seltene Momente, in denen ich neue Bilder mache, und ich möchte sie euch auch weiterhin zeigen. Mal sehen, wie lange das funktioniert.

As a father of a five year old trying to home school I know exactly what you mean. I'm wrecked but so happy to be able to spend more time with my little boy while he is at this age.

Wow, school starts at the age of five in Great Britain? I also have a five year old daughter and she's going probably to school in autumn or even the year after. I'm glad I'm still staying at home, not working, because of the other baby. But still.. There's almost not one minute free ;) I wish you so much energy and hope you can see some sand again soon!
Yes here in Ireland they start when they are 5. My little man loves it because of his friends and the amount of play they do. Of course, he hasn't spent much time in a classroom this year and so we are trying to do the home school thing.
It must be so busy with a new baby aswell.

I loved the result of your work, they are beautiful pictorial pieces that express how difficult what we are living.
Fear, uncertainty and confinement in our homes to reduce the spread of the virus, make it much more difficult to maintain a state of calm. But it is important to help our children feel safe, for example I try to maintain healthy routines that help control their emotions and behavior and encourage their creativity.
