Greetings, friends. It's been a long time I have not published here. I had a journey to the lovely sea and took some shots which inspired me to make a new paintings. I love to watch cormorants, there is something cute and elegant the way they look like. This is my latest painting named "At the end of the day". I used oils to create more saturations and lights, also some overflows between the colors. By using different green, silver and blue tones and I tried to make the movement of the sea, making masks with brush. As a final step I painted the resting cormorants on the rocks. I posted some steps of the process.
