Greetings, friends. The latest project I was involved to work on was the theatre play " The Gonzago's murder" by Shakespeare. There is a theater troupe of young people at the community center where I work. I had to make the scenography. It was a good experience. The Director had an idea and vision how the things could happen. She prepared six pieces of cardboard and bought latex colours. I had to paint two stone walls, two prisoner windows, two portraits and old wooden soldier's chest.
There was two wooden constructions on wheels designed by my colleagues. The cardoard pieces had to be placed on the constructions. It was used a velcro, because of changing the different scenes and hiding some parts.
The portraits had to be removed in some scenes and two people had to filled the same places behind the walls as a eavedroopers.
Yours,
Silviya
