Cold Sight
Even steps
A rhythm as clear as a march
Though the choreography I know
I keep making mistakes
I lose my steps
I get out of rhythm
I turn faster and faster
The world is spinning
I have to stop
Just for a moment
I'm so tired
I raise my weary eyes
The auditorium is empty
The spotlight begins to flash
And then fade out
The show is over!
I am in this strange state of 'in-between'. My head doesn't hurt so much anymore, I would have trouble locating the pain. The light doesn't bother me so much - so I can at least sit by the lamp and write. And slowly I am able to collect my thoughts. My temples are still throbbing and I can hear ringing in my ears. But I am no longer completely ‘out’ of life. Things are better.
Usually when I go to bed with a headache - I also wake up with one, so I try to wait it out some more. Maybe it will go away. Migraine, however, is malignant by nature, so you never know....
I clench my teeth until my jaw starts to ache
Every noise makes me feel anxious
My eyes slowly get used to the darkness
Silhouettes, contours, shadows
Everything sinks into the fog of memory
Blurs and fades
Loses its meaning
It rumbles in my head
Chaos takes over
I need only one good thought
Anchor
Before I sink into the depths of oblivion
About the drawing
Today before you the final version of the triptych.
One pose in three scenes. A couple although they seem united in an unbreakable embrace - yet each seems immersed deep in their own thoughts. I like the delicacy of the dancer contrasted with the strength of the partner. It seems that the partner is as light as a flower petal in his hands.

I agree... hehe she does look light as a feather - and in real life, they always have this illusion too! that they are just like picking up a doll!! The funny part is - the man gets the praise for being so strong - but he would never be able to do what he does without her being just as strong! hehehe She is able to hold herself like a board, in all kinds of positions! hehehe WHILE maintaining a graceful looking position - and making it look easy! hehehe
both must work together to make this magic!
odd that we are both struggling with the same migraines. exact... light. teeth. sleep and waking again... whew.
I think it broke mostly yesterday but today i woke up and it came back with just a hint...
I'm hydrating LOTS and trying to relax my eyes.
(not as successful at that heheh)

To be fair - My 'Crazy April' comes earlier this year. Worlds (one of the biggest competitions of the year) are earlier this year, because they are always hosted at Easter holiday, and this year - Easter comes earlier... sooo yeah. It seems there will be no brake till Easter 🫠

Nice! Collections!! That's the way to go. I need to do the same with my writing. I would love to have them all in one place. I have seen one person I know who created an amazing virtual library post where you can access all of his works... all meticulously stored in the right categories. I must find some time to check the code and do similar with my short stories, poetry, and discursive essays. Will definitely drop in this eve and reply to your message. I have lots of notes lol so I don't have to listen for a 3rd time! 🥰 !LUV

I was thinking about that for quite some time, and I really do like to do new stuff hence - collection:)
Seem to be good way to keep track of progress too.
Virtual library sounds tempting, would like to learn more about that:)
