tan(elements) is a four piece series consisting of water, fire, earth and air.
The pieces are created using processing software which is a gorgeous generative art creation program. The reason that the title includes "tan" is because all the pieces have trigonometric functions in them. Both strange attractors and trigonometric casual formulations were applied...
It is really hard to obtain great rendering using processing software, for these pieces I used a great rendering code. The website - generateme - has great processing tutorials if anyone is interested. I really liked their perlin noise works.
Even though this gorgeous rendering code has saturation, brightness, gamma and contrast levels which you can adjust, I preferred Photoshop for editing those levels. I am not a fan of Photoshop, but the "camera raw filter" option is really effective if you want to edit those levels.
Hope everyone enjoys!
