Hello everyone!
Today I will show you one of my watercolor works.
I painted this work during an online watercolor course. Our teacher explained to us the composition, as well as the features of lighting and dark spots in the drawing. We made a small sketch in pencil.
Then I took a piece of paper and made a real sketch.
I painted some of the nearby flowers in the bouquet with masking liquid.
I painted the shadows on the jug with blue gray and red colors. The pitcher stays white after I paint the dark background.
Then I painted the dark background. I used salt to sprinkle wet spots on the paper to create a star pattern.
Final stage. I paint long stems of flowers. I create a lighter splash.
After drying my work, I removed the masking liquid.
Cheers
Veta
