Hey hivians, i trust you are all doing good. So like i said in my introductory post, i killed a lot of dreams, lol, till i finally currently had a dream that's ongoing, and isn't planning on dieing anytime soon, might just be a dream i would never wake up from, 3d modelling!
Coming up is my first ever piece, now let me just let you guys into the catch that i started learning 3d modelling few weeks ago, so hardly would you see a design mind blowing yet, but they are coming, currently on their way. I created a visual donut that emits greenish particles falling into a bow and fulling it almost to the brim, and this was created using a software named Blender 2.8.1 version...i would be glad to take you guys through the steps using illustrations, like you all must have noticed from my introductory post, i am a man of illustrations, lol.
First of all, i used a mesh which could also be called an object, torus, the illustration below...
...and scaling it down to the size of a donut, also reducing it's vertex.
Next, i created the icing by duplicating the upper part of the donut in edit mode, also in x-ray mode, so i could see each vertex well, the illustration below...
After the icing was created, i selected specific vertex, dragging them down using proportional editing, to give the icing it's wobbly look, an illustration below...
Next, i got into the sculpting arena to give the donut some real feel, by using its brush tool, an illustration below...
After the donut, i go into creating a plate, using a non popular mesh, known as plate i think, well, just see the illustration below...
Unto creating the liquid, collected some parts of the plate by clicking unto it vertex, duplicated the selected parts and solidified it. An illustration below...
After all this, then added the material for all, the illustration below...
Yeah, also, i increased the emission under the material panel to 1, and set the color to green.
There we have it guys, my first virtual donut...expect more works from me though...
THE END
