Yes, in addition to economic income, I can attest that having a job is good for mental health, I remember when I became unemployed and even though I had help to stay afloat, my head did not accept that, it stressed me a lot.
I have also read that in situations of high stress, as is expected of those who have experienced displacement due to armed conflicts or wars, finding a job is something that helps mental stability and the recovery of something that we can call normality.
I am also working on myself, trying to make friends and do social activities to get back to normal life. Everything changed and I have to accept that my Kharkiv life is past. What will happen in the future I don't know but to get settled for mid-term, I definitely need a job and need to keep myself busy...
