RE: Another 'FAKE' Daily Blog Post... by 'ME'...

Some people can just manage everything like you said, and it makes you wonder, okay well not wonder much other than seeing the fantasy, but they do spin a good yarn.

They are just as important to this platform though, perhaps more important and I don't want to see more of these regular users give up and leave, due to feelings of failure.

I agree with that, heck I hardly post, but I do like reading and seeing normal. There are a lot of millionaires according to a quick google search:

According to estimates, in the middle of 2019 there were 46.8 million people worldwide whose assets exceeded one million USD, of which nearly 40% lived in the United States.

I'm not one of those 46.8 million people, and I don't feel like a failure. Perspective gets lost sometimes.

Sort:

Yes... It's not so bad that some people are using platforms like Hive, Steemit etc. professionally, in my opinion... (To each their own) There's plenty of room for growth with all types of users. Honesty and less greed is what I hope for down the road. More philanthropy of sorts as well... Some people can't even muster up enough benevolence to grant anyone a sizeable up-vote- as if it's their own pocket the reward is coming from... I Just don't get it sometimes.

That dumb excuse of "spreading their votes around" is lost with me, after seeing their average tiny percent used on their slider. Many times, I suspect it's some kind of character flaw slipping into their decision making.

But, what the hell do 'I' know... I'm not a psycho-ologist...😎

It does get hard sometimes with the vote, but someone capable of a fifteen cent vote to 100 people only giving out less than a two cent vote to 1500 people something is wrong somewhere between the ears.

I love that Hive seems to be getting a lot more varied content from just normal type people, people testing the waters I guess, and I hope they will stick around even if they do not end op with hundreds of dollars on their post or thousands of followers.

Exactly... and take into consideration that the 2 cent vote goes to 1 cent upon payout at 50-50%... not much help to anyone really down on their luck, or living in absolute poverty within "third world countries" trying to put food into the mouth of a child perhaps, or pay for their schooling.
