It's New Years, I'm playing on Jan 1st while everyone sleeps, even though you'll watch this video around the 2nd of the new year.
Still, I'm having a beer just like @detlev would want me to, and I'm playing to my best level of chess just like @stayoutoftherz would want me to, and I'm even recording my gaming session just like @acidyo would want me to (even if it's not Gods Unchained). You know, just to make them proud.

But still, I had fun, I enjoyed it and the best part, I still haven't broken my @3speak video streak - one per week - just like @starkerz would want.

That is a bad streak! I hope you recover from the 18 points, and you do it soon! I play chess some times but I don't think I am even 300 level Elo.
It is not that bad, but when you're grinding every day to climb the ELO ladder, 18 points is a lot. You should practice more so you can join the Hive Chess tournaments!
Only 18 lost? In some bad streaks I lose 50+ easily, so don´t worry. That´s normal :)
But each streak ends ultimately (both losing, but also winning streaks).
Lol I remember that at some point I went down from 950 to 800 in a single evening, worst day ever. Its funny how it is incredibly harder to recover the points lost, than to lose them, even though you face "weaker" players as you lose more and more.
Lol, Really nice. And you had quite a handful of interesting games though. I'm 2100+ elo. Maybe I could teach you some few tricks sometime 😉
Yeah a couple of them were pretty good and I could notice my mistakes the moment I made them, damn. There is a tournament with some fairly strong people, perhaps you'd like to join? It happens every friday

Hi @anomasoul, hope you had a great Christmas and New year. I missed the last Saturday tournament but I played a lot when not busy with family and friends over the holidays.
I also had a very big holidays losing streak from over 1600 to less than 1400 over the holidays. Once I started losing I just couldn't stop playing. It Kinda routine for me though as I normally play between low 1400 to low 1600 in tournaments. I am current at 1460 and plan on making it to the 1600s by the next blitz tournament.
As long as the good days outnumber the bad days your ELO will growth.😄
