An Opportunity To Play And Defeat All Hive Top Chess Players.
Star Trek Klingon would say: IT WILL BE GLORIOUS (maybe) :)
.As a life time athlete in many sports I want to take a moment and reflect on old times. I want to make a characteristic short posts about one of my favorite sport.
Many years ago in a far away chess land a group of very strong chess players could not accept challenges and games against weaker chess players. As all games were played across the table, most time without any time controls. The weaker chess players only option to be included were to win there way in. Many did and many didn’t and after more than 50 years I would like to apologizes for my part to those who were excluded. Even though at the time discretion was warranted because some games could last two hours or more.
Over the years some things changed and some things didn’t change. In the very distance pass, in that far away chess land, there were always an opportunity to win your way in. Fast forward to today in the Hive Community Chess Tournaments. Some thing changed You Get To Play Everyone! Some things didn’t change You Have To Win Your Way To The Top!
50+ YEARS APOLOGY (D O N E !)
three move checkmate
Now that the over due 50 years apology is out of the way let me show you one of my most unusual, interesting and fun games. Notice my opponent clock show 3 minutes after six move. I want to repeat what top Hive Chess Players have said: PRE-MOVES ARE DANGEROUS :).
note: My chess posts (which is not many) will be set to @chesspricepool and @chessbrotherspro 10% beneficiary.
What a game! LOL!
I really can’t provide proper game analysis yet but this game need no ANALYSIS :).
Congratulations!

Thanks for your contribution @rodrook we really appreciate that.
It seems like chess players have similar behavior around the world. We used to go to a club where people did the same I mean strongest players sat apart you know
Hey @rodrook, long time no see! Good to see you seem to be well. Yesterday I started with @memehive and wonder why your post pops up at their tribe frontend. What is about MEME here? Wish you well! !invest_vote
Hi @anli, glad to hear from you, hope you doing well.
I started a project June 2020 @memesforhive primary to post animated memes with my granddaughters. However I didn’t continue and the last activity was Oct 2020. All my animated memes are children friendly and most are posted to my granddaughters Blog web page (www.bbgirlsgames.com) that I created for them. I have a great chess game and many others games on their web page so take a look when you can.
Some of my memes from steemit and hive show up at the top of google searches. Also many are included in pages that aggregate memes. I had big plans for memesforhive but for a number of reasons I couldn’t follow through. The main reason being my granddaughters were very busy and had very little time to spend with their old grandpa posting memes.
Our @memesforhive is not related to memehive but I think you meant memesforhive.
Hope to see you back in the tournaments soon :).
Glad to read all this! No, I had not meant any particular account or tribe. I was just wondering why I have not found any relation to memes in this particular post even though it is tagged with meme. !invest_vote
Thanks for the warning it was in error (a cut and paste). It was unclear at first but now I understand. I will have to be more careful with tags as some tribes don’t like unrelated posts in their community.
Oh good, I expected something like that. Well, it happened to me, too, before. However, it was nice to meet you like that. !invest_vote
