Well, this Saturday (not Friday), the 11th Nov., at the usual time there will be a fun tournament for all Hivers!
OPEN TO ALL SKILL LEVELS. All you need is a free Lichess-account and to join our team (password is "Hive"). 30% of the rewards of this post go into the next season´s prize fund.

Yes, as the pic illustrates we are playing the King´s Gambit, an opening that is at least 500 years old!
For example the famous "Immortal Game" played in 1851 by Adolf Anderssen and Lionel Kieseritzky was a King´s Gambit (if you don´t know it, check it out here).

Well, it didn´t help (I spent not enough time) and thus I did play embarrassingly ☹️. Anyway, I am not an e4-player.
