White to move and result?
My chess puzzles seldom mention how many move to checkmate or detail about result. Why? In my opinion, when in battle, you never know what happen in the next move, maybe advantage, winning for sure or weak, losing but everything can overturn 😄
So we need keep training, keep moving forward like @vjap55,the lastest tournament, he beat me black and blue (include our champion 😂)
Rudolf Spielmann said "play the opening like a book, the middle game like a magician, and the endgame like a machine" but training before fight, no pain no gain.

Your idea is absolutely correct (very nice that you found it), but after 2. Kb6? black has 2. Nc7! which allows him to give queen checks again ... So just change the move order ...

I would play Kf5 to make room for the Bishop who needs to go on the a1-h8 diagonal.
If b2, then Rc2
Ka1 loses then on the spot due to Bg7 and the pawn is pinned.
Kb1 instead is met with Rh2 and the King is an obstacle to his pawn and Black has time to Bg7
So all in all I think White should win.
But after Rc2 black plays Kb3 and White can stop pawn promote
