Woah bro! I figured you stopped posting... @dynamicrypto was showing me your recent post in the @psyberx discord after I was telling them about ya! I love how you have sharpened your skills over the years! Great advice you gave here! You are a high level genius, 9 out of ten people can not touch your passion, drive and skills!

Glad you are back on Hive!

thanks man! it's been awhile. i've been too busy with gamedev recently, but i do plan on posting again (eventually i guess lol). btw my current project involves crypto and i can't wait to share the prototype soon. have a good day!

I'm back, catching up your posts. It's a huge different than last time 2D adventures. I kinda feel a little bit of a sadness, and a bunch of truth from this log.

Everyone CAN be a game developer, but not everyone wants to be a game developer. I recon I am one of the latter, looking at my quality of basic C, and I did some developing work making scripts on financial trading platform, some had some pretty significant success and was once an active forum member in the same industries. When looking at your first video and be the fourth person to hit the like button, I told myself I CAN be a game developer.

But as you say, it's not for everyone. I guess sometimes people are just blind sided, childishly thinking all they gotta do is put in a few lines and a magical crazy game will appear. Often the tiniest little detail like you mentioned, where to find that button is very frustrating. Not that people from the outside of the programming world will understand how little progress it is when you hit a bottleneck, or trying to put a new logic to the super gun you've just developed in the game that kills only when the opponent sneeze.

Now it's clear. I like to play games, I "thought" I wanna be a game developer because I wish to see the logic behind the game. I wish I can be a game developer, so I can make a killer game that everybody enjoy it, but I forgot to think, if I am the game developer, first I gotta enjoy making it.

yo @davidke20 it's been awhile! yea most people enjoy playing video games but making one is a completely different matter. it's mostly math where ofc not a lot of people will enjoy. i myself never knew i would enjoy it this much. today i like it so much to the point where i'd do it whenever i have free time.

over the years ive seen too many people that just think writing a few lines will allow them to build their dream game and make millions. unfortunately it won't happen lol. yet no matter how many times i say it they'll stay in denial, which is the saddest part.

anyways man i hope you're doing well. i myself have been extremely busy with my current project

but busy is good. have a good day!

Dear @roundbeargames, we need your help!

The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago when the HBD stabilizer proposal rose above it.

May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work?
You can do it on Peakd, Ecency,
