Zbog jurnjave i velikih obaveza, često jedemo sličan doručak. Ali trudim se barem da je zdrav. Uglavnom spremim musli ili bareno jaje sa dvopekom i sokom od narandze. Danas sam odlučila da napravim nešto šareno i lepo za oko sa puno boja. Mislim da bi se oduševili. Evo kako sam ja napravila fritatu:

Today I decided to make something colorful and beautiful to the eye with lots of colors. I think they would be delighted. Here's how I made the frittata:
Znači, od materijala vam treba: jaja, spanać, čeri paradajz, kačkavalj, so, biber i origano ili bosiljak. Ja sam dodala i maslinke. Količina zavisi od toga da li jedete sami ili za više osoba. Ovo je količina za dvoje, troje. Ja sam stavila 6 komada jaja.
Prvo naprskate teflon uljem pa ubacite jaja koja ne mutite. Pospete seckanim ( može i ceo list ) spanaćem.
So, you need: eggs, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano or basil. I also added olives. The amount depends on whether you are eating alone or for several people. This is the amount for two, three. I put 6 pieces of eggs.

I forgot to mention, I added garlic arbitrarily because viruses rule and somehow it always goes well with spinach. I also unplannedly chopped and added olives. I adore them!

S obzirom da sam je pravila u okrugloj posudi ( tako je najlepše ), onda sam isekla u trougao kao picu. Moram priznati da mi je bilo čudno što se jaja ne umute ali verujte, sve je super baš tako. Videćete i zašto.
