One Piece returns and this time starring the cover of the Shonen Jump, a fairly simple cover, where we see Luffy, Law and Kid. It is not one of the best covers of Jump about One Piece, but what is spectacular is the color page which is starred by Kaido and his strongest men, integrated by the 3 Calamities and the Tobi Roppo, one of the best color pages that Oda has done. This chapter was quite good, with a lot of action and very badass moments by Marco.
The chapter begins by showing us Kaido's secretary, who using her ability was able to detect the whereabouts of Yamato and Monosoke. All this transmission is heard by Sanji, who enters into a dilemma between going to help the "Red Pods" or going to help Momonosuke. Sanji makes a decision but we are not shown with is. He's probably going to help Momonosuke.
We get switched around and this time we're at the place where Carrot and Wandy were battling vs. PerosPeros. Which Big Mom's pirate has defeated the Minks, because they have lost their Sulong form because the moon has been covered by clouds. PerosPeros especially humiliates Carrot and leaves the place. Leaving the poor Minks totally defeated on the ground.
Inside the Giant Skull Dome, the effect of Marco's flames, which were serving to stop the effect of the virus is dissipating, so the effect of the virus is affecting everyone again. We see Chopper working on the cure, but half of his face is infected by the virus.
Then we see Apoo who is trying to get into Chopper to get the antidote, but Apoo is getting more and more upset about what Queen did to them. Protecting Chopper is X-Drake and Hyogoro in his best form, since due to the virus, he was able to regain his strength and his powerful form from the past.
The ninjas who were working for Orochi notice Hyogoro's body change, he explains that thanks to the virus his strength has returned. But the virus is affecting him so much that he will soon lose control of his body.
Hyogoro asks the other Mafia Bosses that if Chopper doesn't arrive in time with the antidote they should kill him, because when he loses control of his body, he will start killing a lot of people.
The ninjas are ready to attack Hyogoro, but he uses a technique with his sword, which manages to defeat them all in a very badass way.
While fighting, Hyogoro begins to remember Oden and wonders to himself that if he had joined forces with Oden in the past against Kaido, he might have defeated him. But in spite of everything, he is very happy to have found such an interesting disciple as Luffy.
Queen notices that Hyogoro is defeating many of the beast pirates and decides to attack him, but is prevented by Marco. The other badass character of this chapter appears and tells Queen that he is his adversary.
Queen shoots Marco with a laser beam, but Marco dodges it and King takes advantage of the situation and cuts off one of Marco's wings. However, Marco is unharmed and using one of his feathers, he performs a very powerful attack that sends King flying hundreds of meters.
And before King recovers using another technique, he hits King with a knee, sending him even further away.
But it doesn't end there, when Queen is recovering from Marco's previous attack, the phoenix again attacks him with one of its legs, sending Queen flying too, hundreds of meters away.
On the same page, we see Chopper surprised before the other Mink doctors and we can see that the part of his face that was infected is now normal. King and Queen are recovering from the attacks, and we see PerosPero who has visualized Marco.
The chapter ends with Hyogoro, who is about to be killed by his friends. Just as he had asked them to do.
