We return to One Piece, with a chapter full of action from beginning to end and one of those chapters that for that reason you read them very fast. In this chapter there are several protagonists, but I think the main one is Zoro, since he did something quite impressive. By the way, this week there is no chapter of Boku no Hero Academia and besides, I was thinking of starting to do reviews of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, I'm still thinking about it, I have to organize myself well.
One Piece 1009 "Hell" starts showing us face to face with the Red Sheaths in front of Orochi and Fukurokuju, they are logically surprised to see that Orochi is still alive and after an exchange of words where Orochi mocks them because they didn't know that Kanjuro was the traitor and that they are even, since he also did not know that "Kyoshiro" (Denjiro) was another traitor, Orochi sets out to transform himself into "Yamata no Orochi" (His Devil Fruit), to eliminate the Red Sheaths. However, the Red Sheaths, wasting no time, cut off each of Orochi's heads, leaving him on the ground "dead". Logically Orochi is not dead yet, since Orochi's devil fruit gives him 8 additional heads, one of them from the short Kaido and this time the Red Cowboys cut off 6 heads, so in theory he still has one life left, however, we still don't know how this devil fruit's ability works, but it will surely be explained later.
The Red Sheaths leave the place, before a "shocked" Fukurokuju, before the "death" of Orochi, however, one of the Red Sheaths remains in the place and it is nothing more and nothing less than Raizo and as fate dictated, Raizo and Fukurokuju are going to face a fated duel.
We switch to the main battle, that is, Kaido and Big Mom Vs Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Law and Killer. Indeed after the last chapter we saw that they can't do anything to Big Mom and Kaido. Kid asks Law if he can't use his ability to move them away from each other. But Law answers that because their Haki is very strong he can't do it, and finally confirms what has been theorized for a long time, and that is that Law can't affect characters that have stronger Haki than his, something that is very logical. Meanwhile, Big Mom and Kaido begin to prepare the joint attack that Big Mom had previously proposed to Kaido.
Kaido and Big Mom perform a melee attack which, so far, is the strongest attack seen in One Piece. This attack goes straight towards Luffy and the others, with no chance of dodging it. But surprisingly, Zoro using his swords is able to block the attack, before the surprised sight of everyone on the battlefield.
Everyone is shocked at such an attack, but Law can be seen using his technique, before it completely destroys Zoro. While we see the effect of destruction caused by Kaido and Big Mom.
Thanks to Zoro, who was able to stop the attack for 1 second, Law was able to transport everyone to a safe place, but Zoro is on the ground quite injured. But Luffy is not in the place, as he went directly to attack Kaido, who easily dodges Luffy's attack and smiles knowing that Kaido dodged his attack because he knows he is capable of causing him harm. But after dodging the attack, using his club, Kaido attacks Luffy directly. Luffy covers his arms and hands with haki, but still hits him.
Despite having covered his arms and hands with Haki, Kaido's attack caused some damage to Luffy and without wasting much time, Kaido prepares to launch his "ray" at Luffy, which he dodges, but quickly, Kaido attacks once again and prepares a new attack.
Kaido's new attack, called "Ragnarok", hits Luffy directly. Meanwhile, Kid has managed to create a metal box. And together with Law, they prepare to perform a combined attack against Big Mom. Using the "Shambles" Law locks Zeus inside the metal box, while Zoro and Killer, set out to attack Big Mom's other Homies. Zoro cuts Prometheus and Killer cuts Napoleon, taking him away from Big Mom.
With Big Mom alone, Kid starts attacking them with magnetic arrows, but the attack is useless, it doesn't do any damage to Big Mom. She taunts him and slams him very hard to the ground.
But this is all part of the plan, Kid smiles and leaves his metal arm attached to Big Mom's arm, thus, using the ability of his devil fruit, Kid lifts Big Mom into the air. While Law, also using his ability, levitates a huge rock that pushes Big Mom.
Despite the situation, Big Mom mocks them, but she doesn't realize that she is being pushed out of the island and the chapter ends with Big Mom falling into the sea, while Zoro, weakened after receiving the previous attack, begins to vomit blood.
