Greetings, friends of the community. Today I bring you another drawing and, of course, a continuation of the story that was left pending. On the previous occasion, I told you that Naruto had organized a Christmas party with the other characters of the anime world, but Goku could not resist and, mischievously, stole Naruto's biggest and favorite candy cane.
Everyone gathered around the scene and, in the midst of all the commotion, a Christmas present came out Pikachu, who was paralyzed by the accusing stares, as everyone thought he had eaten the missing candy. Luckily, he was given time to explain and was able to tell that his intention was to hide inside one of the presents and surprise everyone when they were gathered.
Saludos, amigos de la comunidad. Hoy les traigo otro dibujo más y, por supuesto, una continuación de la historia que quedó pendiente. En la ocasión anterior, les contaba que Naruto había organizado una fiesta navideña con los demás personajes del mundo del anime, pero Goku no pudo resistirse y, traviesamente, se robó el bastón de caramelos más grande y favorito de Naruto.
Todos se reunieron alrededor del lugar de los hechos y, ante tanto barullo, un regalo navideño salió Pikachu, el cual quedó paralizado ante las miradas acusadoras, pues todos pensaron que él se había comido el dulce faltante. Por suerte, le dieron tiempo para explicarse y pudo contar que su intención era esconderse dentro de uno de los regalos y sorprender a todos cuando estuviesen reunidos.

As fate would have it, Pikachu fell asleep and woke up just as Goku took the candy cane away, walking very slowly. Many of the guests believed the story, but others did not. Among them was a peculiar character, who called himself the investigator of the case and promised to find Goku and recover the stolen candy. Even so, he gave instructions not to release the little suspect until he returned. Pikachu could not believe how things had become so complicated and, unable to get out of the gift, he was left with a surprised face before the one he once wanted to surprise.
Por cosas del destino, Pikachu se quedó dormido y despertó justo en el momento en que Goku se llevaba el bastón de caramelos, caminando muy despacio. Step by step // Paso a paso
I started by drawing a gift box, not too small and not too big. The box had to be just the right size for Pikachu to hide inside. I added a huge ribbon on the lid and ribbons running along the sides of the box.
Empecé dibujando una caja de regalo, ni muy pequeña ni muy grande. La caja tenía que tener la medida justa para que Pikachu pudiese esconderse dentro. En la tapa agregué un enorme listón y a los costados de la caja cintas que la recorrían.

Inside the box I drew the silhouette of Pikachu with a Christmas hat on his head. From inside the hat come out the two ears and from the left side the tail is peeking out. In one corner of the box I drew three Christmas spheres to add a more festive touch.
Dentro de la caja dibujé la silueta de Pikachu con un gorro navideño en la cabeza. De dentro del gorro salen las dos orejas y por la parte izquierda se asoma la cola. En una esquina de la caja dibujé tres esferas navideñas para agregar un toque más festivo.
With the silhouette ready, I went on to draw the face with its pupils wide open and its mouth wide open, showing a surprised face. Additionally, I included some sparks and energy rays around Pikachu, as these came out due to the stress generated by the surprise.
Con la silueta lista, pasé a dibujar el rostro con sus pupilas bien grandes y la boca bien abierta, mostrando una cara de sorpresa. Adicionalmente, incluí algunas chispas y rayos de energía alrededor de Pikachu, ya que estos salieron producto del estrés generado por la sorpresa.
Roughly speaking, the sketch was ready, so I inked the strokes and erased the pencil lines. In this way, I left everything ready to start coloring.

When it was time to paint, I started at the bottom and applied a striped green color to try to create a texture on the outside of the box. Then, to the green, I applied red on the ribbons, the bow on the box and the Christmas hat.
A la hora de pintar, comencé por la parte inferior y di un color verde rayado para así intentar crear una textura en el exterior de la caja. Luego, al verde, apliqué rojo en los listones, el moño de la caja y el gorro navideño.

For Pikachu's body I used a golden yellow and covered everything except for the tips of the ears and the cheeks. This same color, mixed with a bit of lighter yellow, I gave to the energy sparks.
Para el cuerpo de Pikachu empleé un amarillo dorado y lo cubrí todo, a excepción de la punta de las orejas y las mejillas. Este mismo color, mezclado con un poco de amarillo más claro, se lo di a las chispas de energía.
With a black color I drew the tips of the ears and the eyes, giving a little life to the drawing.
Con un color negro dibujé las puntas de las orejas y los ojos, dando un poco de vida al dibujo.
To finish, I applied a shade of red on the cheeks and mouth, and used a scale of violet for the Christmas balls next to the gift.
Para finalizar, apliqué un tono de rojo en las mejillas y en la boca, y utilicé una escala de violeta para las bolas navideñas que hay al lado del regalo.
