Recently, I watched it, and at first, the same thing happened to me as it did to you; I felt that at the beginning there was an oversaturation of information. But in the end, I finished watching it completely because hidden in the plot there is a deeper message.

It is true that it is confusing at the beginning, you don't know if you are in the Matrix, in Tron or in a video game.

I think the point of the film is to disconnect from cell phones and social networks and go out to explore nature on foot, get out of the enslaving routines and think outside the fishbowl imposed on us in a world dominated by social networks and those who direct them, managing us like sheep in opinions and actions.
