Romance is the last thing on Anzu's mind as she enjoys her single life, until a matchmaking magician turns her life into a romantic comedy.

Anzu is a high school girl who believes that romance is not an option for her, as only three things are enough to make her happy and love is not one of them.
Until one day, a magician named Riri shows up at her house to tell her that his job is to help her find love, as part of a government project to increase Japan's population. Of course, Anzu refuses and Riri decides to confiscate her "three basic necessities", or rather, her favorite things, in this case: video games, her cat and chocolate, in order to force her to participate in this initiative.
From there we see how Riri orchestrates inconvenient situations and romantic moments with various boys despite Anzu's refusal. Even making her parents go abroad for work leaving Anzu alone at home, and also making a boy homeless as long as he stays at Anzu's place. Yes, Riri is reckless 🤣
Romantic Killer is a comedy anime based on the manga by Wataru Momose. It has of 12 episodes and was animated by Domerica studio. It premiered on Netflix in October 2022 and was very well received by the public.
I really found this anime hilarious. I don't think I've ever laughed so much with an anime. All the characters were great but without a doubt my favorite was Riri. It was too funny to see all the things she was capable of in order to achieve her goal.
However, in the midst of the comedy it highlights the value of friendship and honor of the characters.
The soundtrack was the perfect complement, especially the ending which I loved because of how much it made me laugh. It's called Romantic Love by Mikako Komatsu. I leave it here in case you want to watch it ⬇️⬇️
If you need a fun anime to watch while you eat or just to have a good time, this is the one for you. Personally I used to watch it at dinner time and it made my meals more enjoyable 😂
For now it only has one season but the manga is still airing. So if you watch it and want more, you can pick up where you left off.

Empezemos otra vez.
Anzu es una chica de secundaria que cree que el romance no es opción para ella, ya que solo bastan tres cosas para hacerla feliz y el amor no es una de ellas.
Hasta que un día, aparece un mago llamado Riri en su casa para decirle que su trabajo es ayudarla a encontrar el amor, como parte de un proyecto gubernamental para incrementar la población de Japón. Por supuesto, Anzu se niega y Riri decide confiscarle sus "tres necesidades básicas", o mejor dicho, sus cosas favoritas, en este caso: videojuegos, su gato y el chocolate, para a obligarla a participar en esta iniciativa.
A partir de allí vemos como Riri se encarga de orquestar situaciones inconvenientes y momentos románticos con varios chicos a pesar de la negativa de Anzu. Incluso hacer que sus padres se vayan al extranjero por cuestiones laborales dejando a anzu sola en casa, y además dejar sin casa a un chico con tal de que se quede en casa de Anzu. Sí, Riri es temeraria 🤣

Este anime de verdad que me ha parecido divertidísimo. Creo que no me había reído tanto con un anime. Todos los personajes fueron geniales pero sin duda mi favorito fue Riri. Era demasiada gracioso ver todas las cosas de las que era capaz con tal de lograr su objetivo.
Sin embargo, en medio de la comedia destaca el valor de la amistad y el honor de los personajes.
El soundtrack fue el complemento perfecto, especialmente el ending que me encantó por lo mucho que me hacía reír. Se llama Romantic Love de Mikako Komatsu. Te lo dejo aquí por si lo quieres ver ⬇️⬇️
Si necesitas un anime divertido para verlo mientras comes o solo para pasar un rato agradable, este es el indicado para ti. En lo personal lo veía a la hora de cenar y hacía mis comidas más amenas 😂
Por ahora solo tiene una temporada pero el manga sigue en emisión. Así que si lo ves y quieres más, puedes continuar en dónde lo dejaste.

Romance doesn't call me much but comedy does, I've been looking for an anime in this genre and I just read your review. Apparently it's genuinely funny, that's cool because there are some that without being comedy give a lot of laughter so I don't want to imagine this one.

Well, it actually says it's a romantic comedy, but I think it's more of a comedy. It's that kind of silly comedy but it's a laugh. Or at least it gave me a laugh. It was great to watch. It's a super chill anime.

Recuerdo haber visto este anime el año pasado gracias a un clip que ví en TikTok (vaya forma de conocer animes tengo yo, ¿eh? 😅) y me gustó muchísimo tanto por los chistes, las referencias y los momentos cómicos y bizarros que tiene. Los personajes también están muy bien hechos y la protagonista me encanta demasiado por su personalidad y forma de ser. De los mejores animes poco conocidos que he visto, la verdad.
