3. Kimetsu No Yaiba (Demon slayer):
The top starts with Demon slayer in the third place, it is one of those popular anime of which you don't expect much, at least that's what happened to me, I watched this anime motivated by my friend, who loves this story.
The anime shows us the life of Tanjiro, a young man who after losing his family and seeing his sister become a demon, sets out on an adventure to make his sister Nezuko human again, the road is made of friends who help him in his adventures, an anime full of action, amazing battles, I like the quality look, and that the protagonist conveys goodness, the denouement of the story is missing in the anime, however, I did not resist and read the manga, the final scenes are amazing and do not disappoint, I definitely recommend it.
2. Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on titan):
1. Hunter x hunter:
The first place is hunter x hunter, this story full of friendship caught me, the innocence of Gon his main character is impossible to ignore, but despite this is a strong character, who grows a lot as the narrative progresses, he makes friends, one in particular, Killua his inseparable friend, together they embark on an adventure to become hunters and after that find Gon's father, there are interesting characters, one more than others, powerful villains, touches of humor, and amazing battles, this anime defines the term shonen very well, one of my favorite characters is Hisoka, a powerful villain, cynical, a sinister magician who seeks powerful opponents to prove his superiority, not to mention his appearance, he has the look of one of the things I like least in life, clowns, but he is not “funny” like them, if you want to see a shonen I recommend this one.

You choose very wisely. These are all amazing animes, going from their animation to their stories to the characters and their development, everything is so peak. I definitely agree with your decision but mine might be a different, although it still has AOT in it;)
My favorite on this list is definitely Hunter x Hunter. It's the best because of the secondary characters, who encompass a whole context in themselves. Although the others aren't bad, I didn't get to finish the first season of Attack on Titan, but it seems that the anime/manga has a big twist in Eren's story.
I've seen a lot of people talking about Hunter x Hunter but I haven't really gotten around to watching it. The other two anime you put in your top I also like a lot.
