Kyokai no kanata es originalmente una novela ligera de 3 volúmenes que fue publicada por allá de 2012 y terminó por eso del 2013, fue tan alabada por su historia, que ganó una adaptación al anime inmediatamente por Tokyo
Animation (calidad casi asegurada a mi parecer╮（￣▽￣）╭), pero lo interesante de esto, es que a pesar de ser la adaptación de una novela muy popular en Japón, el anime no vendió como se esperaba debido a que el boom causado por otros animes como Shingueki no Kyojin, Akame ga kill, Yowamushi pedal y Free! entre muy esperadas segundas temporadas (2013 fue un gran año para el anime en mi opinión （￣▽￣）～■), estaba en pleno apogeo, así que aún si fue bien recibida, no causó tanta impresión, aunque esto no evitó que al tener una gran cantidad de fans se hicieran 2 películas, una película recopilatoria y otra con la continuación de la historia, ambas en 2015, que si bien, fueron bien recibidas, fueron lo último que se vio de esta historia.

En Kyokai no kanata encontramos una banda sonora un tanto variada con temas muy buenos, pero que no destaca especialmente, es buena por sí misma, está bien producida, sí, si aporta a la serie, pero exceptuando a su opening y su ending, no me parece una banda sonora tan característica de Kyokai no Kanata, ¿si me explico?, no es mala, pero tampoco es brutal, me parece que pudo haber alcanzado un plano más alto dada la calidad del anime.

Entrando a la parte de la animación, aquí sí puedo decir que es brutal, hablamos de una animación imperfecta en su diseño de personajes, que si bien no es extremadamente pulida sí es detallada, no sé si me explico, es imperfectamente perfecta, se balancea de manera maravillosa con sus preciosos escenarios tan detallados, sus escenas de batalla están tan cuidadas, que el estilo imperfecto de los personajes vuelve la animación tan flexible que oculta mucho los errores de animación que pudieras encontrar, a simple vista no encuentras errores invasivos a menos que los busques, utiliza una paleta de colores muy variada, explosiones de luz y colores estridentes, contrastes bien ubicados, para mí, de manera estética, fue alucinante.

Hablando de los “estándares” que recomiendo para atraer gente al anime, soy un tanto más exigente por el simple hecho de que, si ya eres fan del anime, si no te gusta un anime, buscar otro y ya, se acabó la discusión づ￣ 3￣)づ, pero eres nuevo y no te llama la atención, no vuelves a buscar anime y pierdes el interés con el que llegaste a ello, por eso, buscar animes que abarquen más que un género específico es importante para que haya más probabilidad de que las personas se enamoren de este gran medio de entretenimiento que es el anime, por eso animes como Kyokai no kanata, me parecen un buen primer acercamiento, si no quieres un primer acercamiento, igual es muy entretenida de ver así que dale una oportunidad, puede que te sorprenda.
