On Netflix there are a lot of anime that use the conventional style along with CGI, but lately there are several anime where this way of making animation is completely predominant.
Personally I have no problems and although previously I thought "sure that with another style of animation would be better", this time I did not get that feeling, I thought it was a good job.
Soy de esos que realmente no me gusta el cgi y siento que pierde bastante animación, pero por las capturas se ven que han mejorado un poco este aspecto. Realmente el nombre de Musashi siempre esta en varias parte como vagabond, Shuumatsu no Valkyrie o en Baki. Creo que no habia escuchado del juego en el que esta basado este anime, pero que bueno que uno no tenga que jugarlo para poder verlo esto haciendo ver el anime mucho mas accesible por asi decirlo. Suena interesante pero por estilo de animación no me llamaría mucho la atención verlo. Buen post bro <3
Yo pienso de igual manera, el CGI resta a la animación y en este caso apesar de que hay buen uso en las peleas, en otras escenas se ve muy lento y parece un videojuego antiguo.
Musashi es un espadachín muy reconocido en Japón y seguramente seguirá siendo influyente en muchas otras historias.
I like anime based on manga more than video games, but even so I've seen a few and they're usually entertaining. I think the last anime I saw of this Samurai genre was Rurōni Kenshin (Samurai X), it was a long time ago hahaha to be precise. Interesting story and it's true when you say that it's better that it's not linked to any video game, because then there are no comparisons, even this usually happens with manga adaptations, a lot of comparisons.
I've seen the first three episodes of the Rurōni Kenshin remake, possibly these days I'll decide to finish watching it.
I agree that an anime based on a manga is much better than one based on a videogame, which are mostly not good productions, but in Onimusha's favor, this time they did a good job, the anime is entertaining and short; in my opinion it is good for what it is made for.

I have always been a fan of Feudal Japan and Katana-wielding Samurais, with that being said, I might check this out.
