Infinite Mage is one of the manhwas I read weekly. It currently has 104 episodes published. I must say that, without a doubt, that's quite a few episodes, and I don't know how I’ve managed to read them all. Generally, I read this story in short breaks during my work.
The main genres of this Korean manhwa are magic, action, fantasy, and adventure. However, I've noticed that some episodes introduce romance subtly. It is not the central focus, but it is intertwined progressively.
The universe of Infinite Mage hasn’t been fully revealed in the manhwa, but characters can use “magic” and “schema,” from what I've seen so far. There's also a social hierarchy: nobility reigns, and the aristocracy holds social dominance. However, there are many things that have yet to be shown. I’m still eagerly waiting to see what will happen.
The protagonist is Shirone, a boy who was abandoned and raised by a peasant couple. From a very young age, Shirone displayed incredible skill. He is a child who was abandoned and raised by an adventurer who, despite holding the lowest title in society, loved him as a father. One of the most noble aspects of the story’s beginning is the immense love that both the adoptive mother and father feel for Shirone.
The story begins to change when Shirone discovers he can use magic. This is something complex because someone who is a commoner shouldn’t be able to read, let alone use magic. The society is dominated by an aristocratic system.
Particularly, this makes the story interesting. I consider this story the best developed one and the one with the most noble concept. I’ve read other manhwas of the same genre, but none surpass Infinite Mage. I’ll mention one: The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years—although this manhwa has some incredible scenes, it is not entirely enjoyable. In that aspect, Infinite Mage beats it.
The plot of this manhwa focuses on several interesting values and seeks to send a message that will engage and captivate readers. I mean the desire for self-improvement and brotherhood. Shirone grows; it’s as if fate converged so that he could change the dictates imposed on him.
One thing I like is that the protagonist manages to change his reality and attend the magic academy, where he meets some impressive people. The most incredible thing is that all of them begin to appreciate Shirone without knowing his origins, well, except for one person special to Shirone: Amy Karmis.
This story is very easy to digest and read. The dialogues are smooth and understandable. There are no complex phrases. All the events unfold in Shirone’s favor and the ability he has to learn magic. Something interesting is that magic in this story is linked to science and mathematics. Everything is calculated. I was surprised to learn that, in order to cast a spell, one has to do calculations faster than the speed of light (something Shirone does).
One of the reasons I read and got hooked on this manhwa is because of the quality of the art with which it is created. Redice Studio develops its stories artistically very well; it’s something unique. I say this because I’ve read two other manhwas from them that are amazing.
Each of the characters is very well drawn. Moreover, when the characters need to be angry, show emotions, or just act foolishly, they are drawn in that way, which makes it easy to connect with the story.
Shirone goes through many adversities before entering and while at the magic academy. His main goal is to understand magic and control his immense spiritual zone, something no mage possesses. I won’t write how he managed to get to the academy, as my intention is for you to read the manhwa. If you’ve already read it, I hope you can tell me what you think about it.

Los géneros principales de este manhwa coreano son magia, acción, fantasía y aventura. Sin embargo, he notado que en algunos episodios se introduce el romance de manera sutil. No es el centro, pero sí se entrelaza progresivamente.
El universo de Infinite Mage no se ha mostrado por completo en el manhwa, pero los personajes pueden usar “magia” y “esquema”, por lo que he visto hasta ahora. Esta historia es muy fácil de digerir y leer. Los diálogos son fluidos y entendibles. No hay frases que sean complejas. Todos los hechos se desarrollan a favor de Shirone y de la capacidad que posee para aprender magia. Algo interesante es que la magia en esta trama está ligada a la ciencia y las matemáticas. Todo se calcula. Me sorprendió que, para lanzar un hechizo, se deban hacer cálculos superiores a la velocidad de la luz (esto es algo que Shirone hace).
Una de las razones por las que leo y me quedé envuelto con este manhwa es por la calidad del arte con el que está elaborado. Redice Studio desarrolla sus historias artísticamente muy bien; es algo único. Lo digo porque he leído otros dos manhwas de ellos que son geniales.
Cada uno de los personajes está muy bien dibujado. Además, cuando los personajes deben estar molestos, mostrar emociones o simplemente actuar tontamente, los dibujan de ese modo, lo que provoca que se pueda conectar fácilmente con la historia.
Shirone pasa por muchas adversidades antes de entrar y al estar en la academia de magia. Su principal objetivo es entender la magia y controlar su inmensa zona espiritual, una que ningún mago posee. Ah ok a story that leaves good values, that's attractive to watch because it adds depth, lately I've been watching fantasy films, it's not a genre that captivates me but I'm pleasantly embracing stories related to that genre and this may be one. I'll keep it in mind to start in the world of Manhwas 😎

Yes, it has good values. Apart from the training scenes and magic. I concur with the fact about the depth. Though I haven't seen movies of this genre, I did read a lot of manhwas lately. I recommend this one, you'll like it. I assure you. I'll be reviewing some stories over here.
