The year is 1599 and the Demon Lord Veltol Velvet Velsvalt was defeated by the Hero Gram in a great final battle for the war between humans and immortals. 500 years have passed and Veltol is resurrected in the year 2099, surrounded by a huge city and highly advanced technology. Will he be able to adapt to the difficulties that the new era represents for him or will he fail in his plan to conquer the world?
To begin with, I must say that Veltol is a very charismatic character who despite the difficulties he faces, always maintains a positive attitude in the face of problems and, although it may be cliché in the anime world, it is a quality that I really like in protagonists.
He is also not the typical protagonist who is super powerful from the beginning of the series, as when he wakes up in the future he is weakened due to his 500 year old dream and the conditions of this new world.
I really liked the animation of this series, which was in the hands of J.C. Staff. It has a futuristic and cyberpunk style that catches, plus it touches on the technological theme combining it with the qualities of fantasy magic. The battle sequences are quite fluid and well choreographed. In addition, I also liked the fact that it is a Reverse Isekai, in which characters belonging to a fantasy world come to the "real world".
As for OST, I really liked this song called Hollow and performed by Shiyui. It's loaded with quite a lot of energy and I feel it's suitable for this anime. Together with the animation it's quite a dynamic opening.
The ending, titled Spira and performed by Sekai, I also like it quite a bit. It's also somewhat energetic, though not as energetic as the opening, and together with the images shown I feel that it manages to convey Machina's feelings towards Veltol.
My personal opinion about this anime is that overall I liked it. It's not common to see a reverse isekai, or at least it's not something I see often, and it's something I liked.
I also liked the plot of mixing magic with technology in a future where they use devices that enhance the magical qualities of the user, but with the detail that our protagonist is "at a disadvantage" by not being able to use that technology to his advantage.
I also liked the inclusion of mechas, even though they are not a fundamental part of the plot throughout the series, since they are only used during the first part of it. I understood it as a way of telling us that we should not be totally dependent on technology, no matter how useful it is.
I found it to be a super fun anime where we see an all-powerful Demon King doing mortal things, like playing video games by streaming, to make a living and to get the faith of his subscribers in order to regain the power he once lost.
In general terms it's a pretty entertaining series, with good animation and good OST, and even though it wasn't very popular during its premiere season (or at least I didn't see many people talking about it), it's a pretty enjoyable series that presents us with an interesting plot for future seasons, because yes, with the ending we are given to understand that it will have a continuation.
If you ask me for a rating, I could say that I give it a 7/10.

Es el año 1599 y el Rey Demonio Veltol Velvet Velsvalt fue derrotado por el Héroe Gram en una gran batalla final por la guerra entre humanos e inmortales. 500 años han pasado y Veltol resucita en el año 2099, rodeado por una ciudad enorme y una tecnología muy avanzada. ¿Podrá adaptarse a las dificultades que la nueva era representa para él o fracasará en su plan de conquistar el mundo?
Para empezar, debo decir que Veltol es un personaje muy carismático que a pesar de las dificultades que enfrenta, siempre mantiene una actitud positiva de cara a los problemas y, aunque pueda ser cliché en el mundo del anime, es una cualidad que me gusta mucho en los protagonistas.
Tampoco es el típico protagonista que es super poderoso desde el principio de la serie, ya que cuando despierta en el futuro se encuentra debilitado debido a su sueño de 500 años y a las condiciones de este nuevo mundo.
Me gustó mucho la animación de esta serie, la cual estuvo en manos de J.C. Staff. Tiene un estilo futurista y cyberpunk que atrapa, además que toca el tema tecnológico combinándolo con las cualidades de la magia de fantasía. Las secuencias de batalla son bastante fluidas y bien coreografiadas. Además, también me gustó el hecho de que es un Isekai Inverso, en el que los personajes pertenecientes a un mundo de fantasía llegan al "mundo real".
En cuanto al OST, me gustó mucho esta canción llamada Hollow e interpretada por Shiyui. Está cargada con bastante energía y me parece que es adecuada para este anime. Junto con la animación es una apertura bastante dinámica.
El ending, titulado Spira e interpretado por Sekai, también me gusta bastante. También es algo energético, aunque no tanto como el opening, y junto a las imagenes mostradas siento que logra transmitir los sentimientos de Machina hacia Veltol.
Mi opinión personal sobre este anime es que en términos generales me gustó. No es común ver un isekai inverso, o al menos no es algo que yo suela ver seguido, y es algo que me gustó.
También me gustó la trama de mezclar la magia con la tecnología en un futuro donde utilizan dispositivos que potencian las cualidades mágicas del usuario, pero con el detalle de que nuestro protagonista se ve "en desventaja" al no poder usar esa tecnología a su favor.
También me gustó que incluyeran a los mechas, aunque no sean parte fundamental de la trama dirante toda la serie, ya que solo se utilizan durante la primera parte de la misma. Lo entendí como una manera de decirnos que no debemos depender totalmente de la tecnología, por más útil que ésta sea.
Me pareció un anime super divertido donde vemos a un todopoderoso Rey Demonio haciendo cosas de mortales, como jugar a videojuegos haciendo streaming, para ganarse la vida y para obtener la fe de sus suscriptores con el fin de recuperar el poder que una vez perdió.
En términos generales es una serie bastante entrenida, con buena animación y buen OST, y a pesar de que no fue muy popular que digamos durante su temporada de estreno (o al menos yo no vi a mucha gente hablando de ella), es una serie bastante disfrutable que nos presenta una trama interesante de cara a futuras temporadas, porque sí, con el final que nos presentan nos dan a entender que tendrá continuación.
Si me preguntan por una calificación, podría decir que le doy un 7/10.

Me recuerda a ese anime en el que un chico es invocado a otro mundo por una chica gato y una elfa, solo que fue invocado convertido en un señor demonio super mega poderoso.
Esa descripción es tan común en los isekais que podría ser cualquiera jajajaja.

First I have to watch Vinland Saga season 2 as I completed only its 4th episode and then ill try to watch this one maybe after a week time. I will let you know when I finish watching this anime.

I loved its first season as the concept of it was quite unique.

Si bien no es de los mejores animes Isekai Inverso que he visto, sí es cierto que su trama cambia por completo el típico cliché que todo Isekai tiene del "camino del héroe" y esas cosas. La animación está bien, aunque no tanto, en lo personal. En esencia está muy bien hecho en cuanto a originalidad para ser un Isekai, la verdad.

A mí sí me gustó la animación, aunque no se compara con obras como JJK o KNY. Está muy bien lograda.
